These Terms of Service govern your use of the Association Ministry Assistant (“AMA,” “we,” “our”) website and services. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services Provided
Association Ministry Assistant provides operational and administrative support services for associational offices and ministry leaders. Services may include, but are not limited to:
- Documentation and reporting
- Event planning systems
- Communication materials
- Website and technical support
- Administrative organization
- Resource development
All services are project-based and delivered according to an agreed scope and timeline.
Project Requests and Quotes
All work begins with a request submitted by the client. Each project is reviewed individually and quoted based on:
- Scope of work
- Complexity
- Requested completion timeline
Quotes are provided in writing and must be approved before work begins.
Payment Terms
Payment is required prior to or at the start of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe. AMA does not store full payment details.
Timelines and Delivery
Delivery timelines are agreed upon before work begins. While every effort is made to meet deadlines, timelines may be adjusted if:
- Project scope changes
- Required materials are delayed
- Client feedback or approvals are not provided in a timely manner
We will communicate promptly if adjustments are needed.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Supply required content, files, or approvals promptly
- Review deliverables in a timely manner
Delays in client response may affect delivery timelines.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions within the original project scope are included unless otherwise stated. Additional work outside the original scope may require a revised quote.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client retains ownership of final deliverables produced specifically for their project, unless otherwise agreed.
AMA retains the right to reuse general processes, templates, or non-confidential methods developed during the course of work.
Confidentiality
All client materials, communications, and files are treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of completing the agreed work.
AMA does not share or sell client information or materials.
Limitation of Liability
AMA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.
Termination
Either party may discontinue a project with written notice. Completed work up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
