Association Website

We build it, host it and keep it running.

$1 per church

per month ($25 minimum, $99 maximum), plus $10 per church setup

Nothing is billed while we build. Setup is invoiced once your new site is live and you’ve approved it, and the monthly fee starts then.

Ministry Hub

Connect your churches, not just your website.

$5 per church

per month, plus $10 per church setup (already paid if you're on the Association Website)

Setup is invoiced once your Hub is ready and you’ve approved it, and the monthly fee starts then.

Common questions

When do we pay?: Only after the work is done and you are happy with it. We do the work first, you review it, and we keep making changes until you are happy; then we send the invoice. For a Tune-Up that is one invoice at the end. For an Association Website or the Ministry Hub, nothing is billed while we build: the setup is invoiced once it is live and you have approved it, and the monthly fee starts then.
Do we have to start at step 1?: No. Start wherever fits. A Tune-Up changes nothing about how you work today; a hosted website takes the work off your hands. Pick the one that suits your association.
Can we move up a step later?: Yes, and nothing is lost. An Association Website becomes the public face of the Ministry Hub when you are ready, so your church directory and profiles carry straight over, and the Hub setup fee is already paid.
Who keeps the site up to date?: With a Tune-Up, your team keeps editing your site the way you do now, and you can send us requests whenever you want help. With an Association Website, your office changes its homepage, look and events from one simple editor, and church details can be fixed through a private link with no login. Anything bigger, send us a request.
Will the price change after we talk?: No. The figures on this page are the prices. The Tune-Up covers the fixes listed above for a flat fee; if your site needs more than that, or you ask for extra changes later, we quote it in writing before any work begins.
